135/137 E. Main RFP

The City of Zeeland invites you to review and respond to the Request for Proposals regarding the property located at 135/137 E. Main. The City recently purchased these buildings and is now seeking a developer to partner on this key transformational project in the heart of downtown Zeeland. Our intent is that the existing buildings will be demolished and replaced with a new, mixed use, multi-story building; the project will contain a new public pedestrian passageway to connect Main Avenue with the public parking lot north of the property.
