Beginning Adult Yoga Workshop with Deb Weiss-Gelmi, CIYT

This beginner yoga workshop for adults is taught by local Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Deb Weiss-Gelmi. It focuses on alignment and posture in basic standing, sitting, and reclined poses. You can expect to warm up and stretch the body as well as work those muscles a bit! Expect to leave feeling refreshed physically and mentally. 


**Please bring a yoga mat, and if you have a yoga block, bring that as well**


This one hour class will take place on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 starting at 6:30 pm in the North Activity Room.




Registration is required and will begin on March 28.  Call the library at 616-772-0874 to get registered.
